Feature

Technology:
1. Surface treatment: degreasing after mechanical treatment (sand blasting), or chemical treatment to remove processing oil, rust or other oxide layer. When steel sand (bead) is used to spray ordinary steel, cast iron and other ferromagnetic metals, the parking time after surface treatment should be controlled before the reoccurrence of oxidation and rust; the spraying of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, zinc and other non ferromagnetic metals with quartz sand must be completed within 90 minutes after surface treatment.
2. Mixing: it must be fully stirred before use, and can be used after reaching uniform mixing.
3. Dilution: butanone or methyl isobutyl can be used to dilute ch205. When spraying, the viscosity can be adjusted to 18-20 4.seconds (Zahn 2 cups). The diluent should be added slowly while keeping stirring. In order to prevent precipitation caused by misoperation.
4. Glue coating methods: dipping method, spraying method, brush coating method, roller coating method and transfer method.
5. Glue coating thickness: the dry film thickness of ch205 is usually set at 5.1-10.2 μ M. When NBR is used alone or combined with ch220 series adhesives, the high limit of film thickness is selected; for other applications, the low limit value of film thickness is selected.
6. Drying: dry in clean air for about 30-45 minutes (room temperature) after gluing. 65-82c blast oven is conducive to faster and thorough drying of coated parts.
7. Parking: if the coated parts are properly stored to avoid the influence of dust, oil and water vapor, it can be stored for one month.
8. Curing: when the coated parts are placed in the hot mold, the rubber shall be filled quickly and the mold shall be closed to prevent the failure of the adhesive due to pre curing, so as to ensure that the adhesive and rubber are vulcanized at the same time, and the bonding properties are obtained.
9. Curing time: depends on curing time of rubber compound.
