Isoprene Rubber IR80, IR80F(China origin) used in footwear industry
Isoprene rubber is a kind of synthetic rubber produced by polymerization of isoprene monomers in the presence of a catalyst. Its microstructure is similar to that of natural rubber, hence it is also called synthetic natural rubber, it’s a general purpose synthetic rubber with a good combination of features.
The isoprene Chemicalbook rubber has similar chemical composition, three-dimensional structure and mechanical properties to natural rubber, and it has good collagen strength, basic viscosity, aging properties and resilience. Where natural rubber is used in rubber products, isoprene rubber can be used instead of production.
At present, isoprene rubber is mainly used in the tire industry, but also in the hose, tape, medical treatment, footwear and other industries.
